The worst ever Lodge I would say not hotel we have ever visited. Rooms like railway guest rooms. Dirty with mud on furniture. Bad staff especially reception girl. Money is taken once you step in the hotel for your entire stay. Once you go to room you run back to reception to cancel the reservation because of worst rooms you would have ever seen. but alas they have taken entire money on your arrival for this very reason. I would say not even 1 star accommodation. Its like boys hostel. I cancelled my reservation without getting single penny from them. Sincere advise not to go there. Reasons Bad staff....... bad rooms......bad policies

I have been at this hotel for last 7 days and the staff is great. The food is really good as well as the Eighth floor pool and bar. I want to thank housekeepers Nilesh and Pranil for taking care of my room. Two more weeks to go and I know my room will be taken care of.

I had a longer stay at Mango.Suites SELECT at Mahape in Navi Mumbai. It has been a wonderful stay! Rooms are quite large and luxurious with a balcony too. While breakfast and a-la-carte is good what I was surprised with was when I was told we can get dishes that are prepared in home-cooking style and when I tasted home-cooked style food I never went back to other food there. Thank you Prasad for suggesting it!

Mango Suites has been an homely experience for us. we travelled with our old parents and required a place where we felt just like home. Reception Staff ( Rahul, Yesh, Dhanshree, Amar , Kaushal, Mr Suhas Jadhav) were very welcoming and they made it easy for us to stay. I truely thanks the catering staff Prasad Nikhil Yesh Kiran Shubham for making "Homely Maharashtrian Food" for old parents". I thank the house keeping staff. We had an option to go to Ramada next door, just the warmth of staff kept us at Mango Suites.

We would like to bring it to notice to everyone about this hotel and the staff so that nobody goes through the bad experience what we went through.First of all this hotel doesnt look the same what is given in pictures.We did the mistake and booked it for 3 days.They took money for all 3 days which no other good hotel does.So because of some reason we had to vacate next day .Hotel promised to give the refund .We checked out on time next day.They refused to give refund . Whatever happened with us we don't want it to happen with anybody.We had monetary loss but it was painful to see staff lying and cheating. May god give them strength to introspect.
